The terms that apply to using this website and requesting a quotation.
Please read these terms before submitting a quotation request to Outfits Glory.
1.About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of outfitsglory.com and to any quotation request you submit through it. Placing an order may be subject to a separate written agreement, proforma invoice, or purchase order, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
2.Quotations Are Not Binding Offers
A quotation is an estimate based on the information you provide. Prices, lead times, and availability are confirmed in writing at the point of order and may change if your requirements, quantities, or material choices change.
Custom manufacturing orders start from a minimum of 50 pieces per style.
3.Your Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting a logo, design, artwork, team name, crest, or any other material to us, you confirm that you own it or hold the rights and permissions necessary to have it reproduced on manufactured goods.
We manufacture to your instruction and do not verify ownership of the material you supply. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you provide that infringes a third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
We reserve the right to decline any artwork we believe may infringe another party's rights, or that we consider unlawful or offensive.
4.Our Use of Product Photography
We will not publish photographs of your finished goods in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials without your prior permission. Where permission is given, you may withdraw it and we will remove the images from material we control.
5.Samples and Approval
Where a sample is produced, bulk production begins only after you approve it. Approving a sample confirms the design, colors, sizing, and finish for that order.
Slight variation in color, fabric shade, and measurement is normal in textile manufacturing. Acceptable tolerances are confirmed with your order.
6.Payment
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirement are confirmed with your quotation or invoice. Production is scheduled once agreed payment terms are met.
7.Delivery and Shipping
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and depend on product type, quantity, customization, and production load. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8.Website Content
Content on this website is provided for general information. Product descriptions, fabric information, and process descriptions are indicative; specifications for your order are those confirmed in writing by our sales team.
The Outfits Glory name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
